As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the El Dorado Hills Baseball and Softball Club is powered by parent volunteers. Their time, effort, and commitment are what keep our team and athletes supported throughout the season.
Each team relies on parents to help fill a few key roles, including:
Team Parent – primary point of contact for team communication and coordination
Fundraising Lead – helps organize and manage team fundraising efforts
Field Prep Support – assists with field setup and breakdown on game days
GameChanger Manager – runs GameChanger for scorekeeping and stats during games
These roles are essential to the success of each team and help ensure the program remains affordable, local, and community-driven.
