Who We Are
The El Dorado Hills Baseball and Softball Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting youth baseball and softball programs in the El Dorado Hills community. As a nonprofit, our focus is on access, development, and long-term sustainability.
All funds raised by the Club are reinvested into local programs to support equipment, field access, development opportunities, and community-based initiatives that benefit young athletes and their families.

The El Dorado Hills Baseball and Softball Club is powered by Alpha Athletics, whose leadership and training expertise support development-focused programming. While Alpha Athletics provides operational guidance and coaching leadership, the Club exists to support the broader mission of youth baseball and softball through community engagement, fundraising, and partnerships.
This structure allows programs to remain development-driven while maintaining a strong community foundation.

The Club is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who provide oversight, strategic direction, and fiduciary responsibility to ensure the organization operates in alignment with its nonprofit mission.

Parent Volunteers!
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the El Dorado Hills Baseball and Softball Club is powered by parent volunteers. Their time, effort, and commitment are what keep our team and athletes supported throughout the season.
Each team relies on parents to help fill a few key roles, including:
Team Parent – primary point of contact for team communication and coordination
Fundraising Lead – helps organize and manage team fundraising efforts
Field Prep Support – assists with field setup and breakdown on game days
GameChanger Manager – runs GameChanger for scorekeeping and stats during games
These roles are essential to the success of each team and help ensure the program remains affordable, local, and community-driven.

Transparency
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the El Dorado Hills Baseball and Softball Club is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of all funds entrusted to us.
